Quandell Iglesia is a business development leader at National Integrity Title Agency, leveraging extensive real estate expertise from his leadership at IQ Real Estate Team. As the Founder & President of SNJ Millennials, he helps young professionals grow through mentorship, networking, and volunteerism.

In 2024, South Jersey Magazine named him one of its Men of the Year for his impact in education, community leadership, and philanthropy. That same year, he was honored as one of the Men on the Move by the National Hook-Up of Black Women and featured by PHL17 News for mentoring future Hispanic leaders. In 2023, South Jersey Biz recognized his leadership by naming him Executive of the Year.

Throughout his career, Quandell has received numerous accolades. In 2021, SJ Real Producers Magazine named him a “Rising Star” in real estate. In 2020, he was honored as FunTimes Magazine’s Black Men Icon and KYW Newsradio’s Game Changer for his transformational leadership. In 2019, he was recognized as South Jersey Journal’s Most Influential African American and included in South Jersey Biz’s “20 Under 40” list. Earlier in his career, he earned the New Jersey Governor’s Award for Volunteerism, reinforcing his passion for community impact.

Certified in Foundations of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Quandell serves on the Monroe Township Board of Education, supporting students and families in New Jersey. He is also a Rotary Member, continuing his commitment to service and leadership. His previous role as Major Gifts Lead at FOREFRONT Charity reflects his dedication to philanthropy. Through his work in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Quandell is building a legacy of education, entrepreneurship, and diversity, inspiring change on a broader scale.
