Quandell Iglesia is a seasoned professional in business development at National Integrity Title Agency, drawing from extensive real estate expertise developed through his leadership at IQ Real Estate Team. Dedicated to community empowerment, he is the Founder & President of SNJ Millennials, fostering growth and connectivity among young professionals.

Certified in Foundations of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Quandell actively serves on the Board of Education for Monroe Township Public Schools and is the Major Gifts Lead at FOREFRONT Charity. His community impact is recognized through various awards, including the 2023 Executive of the Year by South Jersey Biz and the “Rising Star” accolade from SJ Real Producers Magazine in December 2021. He has also been honored as Philadelphia Region’s Black Men Icon by FunTimes Magazine (June 2020), KYW Newsradio Game Changer (February 2020), and Most Influential African American by South Jersey Journal (October 2019).
